How do I make an appointment?

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

We suggest bringing the following to ensure a smooth and personalised experience:

  • Any relevant medical history, including allergies, medications, or previous cosmetic treatments

  • Your skincare routine (or a list of products you use), especially for skin consultations

  • A list of questions or concerns you’d like to discuss

 

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens — but we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or result in the loss of your booking deposit

  • Missed appointments ("no-shows") may require prepayment for future bookings

  • For extended or high-demand appointments, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there patient parking at the rooms?

Absolutely. We have dedicated patient parking at both our West Pennant Hills and Granville clinics. You’ll receive directions and parking details with your appointment confirmation.

Do I need a referral?

You only need a referral if you are booking an appointment with Dr Bish Soliman, our Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.

No referral is required to see any of our other practitioners, including for cosmetic injectables, skin consultations, or non-surgical treatments.

Will my health insurance cover my treatment?

For non-surgical aesthetic treatments, private health insurance does not provide coverage.

For surgical procedures performed by Dr Bish Soliman, partial cover may be available depending on your insurance policy, the nature of the procedure, and any applicable Medicare item numbers. This will be fully discussed during your consultation, along with an estimate of any out-of-pocket costs.

Will there be photos taken of me?

Yes. All clients are photographed using our clinical imaging system as part of our standard assessment and documentation process.

These images help us monitor your progress, plan treatments accurately, and ensure your results are consistent and well-documented. All photos are stored securely and used in accordance with privacy regulations.
